Bill Leander — President & Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of SciHealth, Bill Leander fills his leadership role with entrepreneurial energy and proven strategic acuity, having directed the successful evolution of the company and its Insight solution since 2001. With knowledge and expertise that span the challenges faced by today's healthcare providers, Bill maintains a customer-driven focus and is particularly centered on capabilities that address their strategic, financial, operational and clinical requirements. He is respected for award-winning solutions that help customers generate significant and sustainable improvements. Many of the nation's leading healthcare organizations benefit from Bill's experienced approach.

Prior to joining SciHealth, Bill founded the LUMEN consulting firm, specialists in reengineering healthcare delivery. During a career that spans more than 20 years, Bill received numerous commendations from Booz Allen & Hamilton for his achievements as a senior consultant. He also served as the director of strategic technology with the American Express Company.

Bill holds a dual B.S. degree in operations research/industrial engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A./M.S.I.A. degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Jeb Stewart — Chairman of the Board and Founder

Jeb's career includes building multiple businesses in technology and telecommunications. He is manager of the Chenocetah Ventures and Tower Mountain Group venture and angel funds and Xana Management administration and management company. An active investor, he has served on the boards of directors of several companies, investment firms and civic and philanthropic organizations. He is also the CEO of SciHealth Holdings, Inc.

Paul Moulton — Vice President, Sales

Paul Moulton brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience in the areas of sales, service and operations within healthcare software information technology for the healthcare Services community.

Prior to joining the management team at SciHealth, Paul was Vice President of Professional Services and a member of the executive management team at Surgical Information Systems. During his tenure with SIS, Paul was responsible for Client Services and Implementation and for developing and leading a Consulting practice supporting the SIS client base. Paul's career also includes leadership positions as Vice President of Customer Sales and Service at Eclipsys, Vice President of National Accounts at HBOC and with Baxter Healthcare as Vice President of Sales, Service and Business Development. Paul has lead sales and service teams in both the Domestic as well as the International community and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Paul brings a high energy, outstanding business acumen, team building skills and management experience to allow SciHealth to deliver the customer focus required in today's competitive environment.

Don Jaspers — Vice President, Sales

Don Jaspers is a results-oriented leader with experience in the acute care and physician marketplace. The author of credible and trusted strategies, he adds specialized knowledge in quality improvement consulting and clinical information systems.

Don came to SciHealth from Health Grades, Inc., a company providing ratings and profiles of
hospitals, nursing homes and physicians to consumers, employers and others. As vice president
of the company's HealthCare Partnerships division, Don managed a 14-state territory selling quality improvement consulting services and decision support tools. Previously he served as national account manager, Enterprise Systems for Misys Healthcare Systems, a company providing physician practices with advanced electronic health records solutions to simplify and automate workflow. Don also served as director of sales executives for Physician Systems and regional sales representative at Misys.

Don holds a B.B.A. degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

Russ Lipari — Vice President, Business Development

Russ Lipari makes significant contributions to SciHealth in the areas of business development and government aff airs. Adept at identifying market opportunities for existing and developing product lines, he previously served as director of public affairs for LogistiCare, Inc., a $300M provider of outsourced healthcare transportation services for government agencies, hospitals, managed care companies and other clients. In this role, Russ focused on national business development, government affairs and community outreach.

Russ' career also includes serving the Georgia House of Representatives, Office of the Speaker, as a policy and research analyst. In this capacity, he oversaw statewide policy research and issue management for key standing committees of the Georgia House of Representatives. Russ serves on the board of advisors for Avanti Healthcare, The Commerce Society, The United Way and the Georgia Free Clinic Network, where he has also served as executive director.

Russ earned a B.S. degree in political science and business at North Georgia College and holds an M.P.A. degree in public administration from Georgia State University.

CJ Spraggins — Vice President, Customer Advocacy

CJ Spraggins brings a highly successful track record managing and growing customer relationships. Her expertise includes significant sales and management experience in the healthcare and general business service markets.

Prior to joining SciHealth, CJ served as vice president of client services for Encore Interactive Solutions,
Inc., where she devloped relationships with over 50 clients to ensure they realized full benefits of their
business association. Encore's Board of Directors appointed CJ to serve as interim president to implement the organization's strategic goals and objectives. CJ previously served as director of physician services for Healthcare Management Directions, Inc., where she was the liaison between physicians and corporate management. Her experience also includes responsibilities for training and consulting with healthcare clients At Executive Learning, Inc., and held management positions at Nortel's Leadership Development Center.

CJ earned a B.S. degree in education from the University of Georgia and completed graduate coursework in psychology - industrial relations at Middle Tennessee University.

John Stigaard — Chief Operating Officer

John Stigaard is an accomplished executive whose track record includes significant achievements in the healthcare operations arena. As COO of SciHealth, John has helped guide the company's formation, technology and service advances. John directs the implementation of Insight solutions at SciHealth's customers, and works closely with the leadership teams of SciHealth customers to craft solutions that drive improvements in management and executive decision-making.

Prior to SciHealth, John served as director of management engineering at Southern Regional Medical Center in Atlanta, where he facilitated the organization's performance improvement process. He also developed and implemented a reengineering methodology that led to increased patient satisfaction and significant cost reductions. His design of a multi-faceted labor management system resulted in a nine percent decrease in salary costs.

John received a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from Georgia State University.

Justin Sweetman — Vice President, Marketing and Government Sector

Skilled in communications and complex problem solving, Justin has a keen ability to reduce complex issues to manageable and easily understood components. Justin applies his skills both strategic planning and custom software development to identify solutions and partnerships for SciHealth and its customers.

Prior to joining SciHealth, Justin spent more than 10 years with the U. S. Navy — in uniform and as a civilian — working to streamline business planning processes for military healthcare delivery. He creatively integrated new technologies with legacy systems, incorporating learning processes practiced in former positions as a teacher and corporate instructor, to achieve breakthroughs in operational efficiencies. Justin has held a variety of positions with Navy Medicine, Baptist Healthcare, Inc.; CMplan.net; Engenia Software and others.

Justin holds a B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Northern Arizona University.

Paul Ulerick — Vice President, Sales

Paul Ulerick is a sales and management professional with twenty six years of progressively responsible and diversified experience in sales, marketing, planning, operations, communications, and finance. Paul has worked principally in the area of healthcare information systems. Paul has worked for, and helped to guide, some of the most successful names in the business of delivering healthcare solutions to a wide range of clients.

Paul has worked for IBM, HBOC McKesson, Eclipsys, Quovadx and, most recently, Thomson Healthcare where he was responsible for North American Sales.

Paul holds Bachelor's Degrees from Manchester College in Political Science and Economics.
