Jeb Stewart — Chairman of the Board and Founder

Jeb's career includes building multiple businesses in technology and telecommunications. He is manager of the Chenocetah Ventures and Tower Mountain Group venture and angel funds and Xana Management administration and management company. An active investor, he has served on the boards of directors of several companies, investment firms and civic and philanthropic organizations. He is also the CEO of SciHealth Holdings, Inc. Jeb attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he studied Industrial Engineering.

Joe Bleser

Joe Bleser is a managing member of an independent financial consulting services firm. Joe’s experiences includes serving on boards of directors for numerous publicly traded and privately held companies. Previously, Joe has served as CEO of DataView Imaging International as well as having held CFO positions with HBO & Company, Healthcare.com and Allegiant Physicians Services. A CPA by training, Joe was also a Senior Auditor for Author Anderson. Mr. Bleser holds both a M.B.A. and a B.B.A. in Accounting & Computing Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Jim Gilbert

Jim Gilbert is managing partner of a $70M venture capital firm, where he oversees information technology and healthcare investments. Jim serves on multiple boards of private and public companies. Prior to Liveoak, Jim was President & COO of Imnet systems, a publicly traded healthcare information technology company. Jim has also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for HBOC & Company (later acquired by McKesson). Jim was also a Partner in the law firm of Hansel & Post as well as a staff attorney with The United States Department of Justice. Mr. Gilbert earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. from Hobart College.

Sig Mosley

Sig Mosley is a long-time investor in early-stage start-up companies. Along with managing investments in more than 30 companies, Sig serves on the board of directors of several leading technology companies as well as non-profit groups. Prior to Imlay, Sig was Vice-President of Management Science America (later Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc.). An accountant by training, Mr. Mosley was a staff accountant at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell. Mr. Mosley earned a B.B.A. from Emory University.
